Returns and Refunds Policy:

Our products cannot be returned after the 3 days of the delivery date. 

 

Before you can return a product, please make sure that:

 

- The product was purchased in the last 6 days


- The product is in its original packaging and unused E.G.( Unscrathed & no finger-prints.)

Shipping charges;


Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are not refundable and must be paid by the customer.

 

Damaged items;


If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will then investigate the matter further.

 

Sale items;


Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Digital products;

 

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
